• Quiche - broccoli, ham, bacon with two cheeses

• Spinach Pie - spinach with three cheeses topped  with tomatoes and parmesan cheese

• Quiche Lorraine - sautéed mushrooms with bacon, onions and swiss cheese

• Chicken Entree - varies daily from Orange Almond, Baked Swiss, Stuffed with Raspberry and many others served on a bed of rice.

• Fish Entree - varies daily from Cod or Salmon served on a bed of rice.

• Chicken Salad Croissant - our own special recipe.

• Crab Louis Salad - also good on a croissant.

• Soup - changes daily made from scratch
